Post-Corona PMP’s “New Normal”
What kind of year is 2022 going to be?
Looking back on history, global epidemics of infectious diseases have come to an end after about three years.
COVID 19 is also in its third year, so we can only hope that it will come to an end and that we will be freed from our daily anxieties.
On the other hand, looking back on these two years of the new coronavirus, “work from home” has spread rapidly and inevitably.
In PMP, we had a serious discussion about how we should think about this new working style of “work from home” in the post-Corona era.
We came to a conclusion.
We decided that the “New Normal” for post-Corona at PMP would be Remote Work, which is a more expansive form of “work from home”.
As long as PMP’s information security rules are set in accordance with the ISMS (ISO27001), there will be no restrictions on where PMP consultant can work.
One of our consultant has already moved to Melbourne.
Excellent consultants are essential for PMP to support our clients.
At the same time, we want each PMP consultant to enrich their personal lives.
In order to achieve this, we have come to the conclusion that we should adopt a working style called Remote Work.
We promise to take the utmost care with our clients and to act in a way that ensures that there are no discrepancies in communication.
At the same time, we would like to ask for your understanding of the “New Normal” of PMP, which is Remote Work.
